My perspective is unique. I was the first in-house recruiter at Whatnot, was on the go-to-market executive talent team at Sequoia Capital, and started my career in retained executive search. Recently, I've partnered with Success Venture Partners to support S-Tier AI startups with go-to-market recruiting as a solo recruiter.
